2nd Shift — Welder / Grinder

About the Role

Same work as first shift — fitting, welding, grinding, and polishing in the shop — on the second shift schedule, with an extra $1.50 an hour on top of your base rate. A good fit if you’d rather have your mornings free.

• Shift Monday–Friday, second shift
• Differential Additional $1.50 per hour
• Hours Full time or part time
• Processes TIG
• Travel None

What Helps

Grinding experience. TIG encouraged but not required. If you’ve run a grinder and can read a print, you’re ahead.

Based on experience, plus the shift differential on every hour you work. Full-time employees qualify for our benefits package. Both discussed on the first call.

Training Provided

Experience is encouraged but not required. We’ll teach you what you don’t already know.
